GENTLE YOGA TUESDAYS 6:30 PM
In this safe, supportive, and calm environment, find your feet with careful warm-ups leading to a handful of sun salutes standing stretches, floor exercises, and relaxation.

All welcome. You are encouraged to rest whenever you feel like it. 

LASTONE MASSAGE
LaStone Massage uses oil with hot and cold stones for intense muscle release and deep relaxation. 

The first session is 90 minutes including initial consultation. Subsequent sessions are 75 minutes.

TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS WITH CHANDEN

BREATHWORK
MONDAYS 6 PM
 
It all starts with breathing. Strengthen your heart, increase lung capacity, lift your mood, and bring oxygen to your brain with a series of breathing techniques that make you feel fantastic. 35 minute session.

HEAD MASSAGE
Take 30 minutes out of your day to reconnect to your body and soothe your nervous system. Fully clothed, Indian head massage works on the cranial nerves and specific pressure points to provide a sense of relief. An oil free massage, this uses stimulating and soothing  techniques to include head, shoulders, upper back, neck, and face.

KUNDALINI YOGA
MONDAYS 6:40 PM


A kundalini yoga class includes breathing techniques, a yoga set with a specific purpose (e.g. cleanse the lungs, strengthen your heart, balance your hormones), a meditation, and relaxation. 
Kundalini yoga is for all to join in whatever your fitness level. 

FACIAL MASSAGE
A combination of warm and cool stones applied to the facial muscles and jaw line to ease tension and invigorate your nervous system.

SHAMANISM SESSION
WITH TOM

YOGA FLOW
TUESDAYS 5:30 PM

Here we flow with more speed than the Gentle Yoga class. This is for yogis who are at ease with movement. Fit beginners welcome.

MASSAGE FOR HANDS
Hands are often neglected and work hard for us. Releasing the fascia and tendons to create ease and relaxation to tense and gnarly joints.
 

PRIVATE YOGA CLASS
1:1 or small group sessions in yoga, breath, mantra, meditation, or sound can be arranged at a time that suits you  

YOGA CLASSES

You need to book at last 2 hours before class. Soundbaths fill up fast so best to book weeks ahead.
